Hello! Hope all is well with you. I have been doing some Spring cleaning and decided to clean up some of my scraps and colored critters that didn’t make it onto a card as of yet. I wanted to use what I made to enter the @lawnfawnflickrchallenge.
Lawn Fawn had the color restrictions (rainbow colors), I gave myself the leftover restrictions. The only thing I used that wasn’t already colored or cut out were the sentiments and I had to cut 1 sheet of acetate. I also stamped the heart at the end of my layered shaker card.
The first card I made, was extra cardstock. I needed to color two scrap pieces, the aqua and the red. The others were already colored and just needed to be cut down. I cut out the center of each card using the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Circle dies. I used Lawn Fawn Scalloped Rectangles on the aqua layer to cut the border. I used the heart and the sentiment from Lawn Fawn’s OUr Friendship Grows stamp set. To add detention and add other elements, I used foam on the orange layer and the blue layer to add sequins so it is a double shaker card. Each layer has additional elements in between. The monkeys and banana’s are from the United We Flourish set Love Ya Bunches, the skunk is from Stinkin’ Cute and the little Alien is from Beam Me up. I mounted all of the panels on an A2 side fold card base.
I created this card to give to my cousins 5 year old who just completed his final cancer treatment. He likes all of these things so it will be fun for him.

My next card just flew together. I made it from the cut out centers. It is kind of a throw back card, I used to make these when Cricut first came out and you could cut different shapes. It was so amazing back then to be able to do it. Now, it’s nothing compared to the amazing things I see crafters doing everyday. It is so inspiring to see what everyone does and how they share their talents.
I lined up the cut outs from largest to smallest and adhered them to my card base of Raspberry cardstock. I adhered each scalloped circle then added the sentiment. The sentiment was from the Lawn Fawn Starry Backdrops stamp set. I heat embossed it with WOW white embossing powder on some black scrap card stock. I used foam tape to mount the sentiment onto my A2 card base.

This card took all of 15 minutes to put together an my scrap dishes is a little lighter now that I used some of my extra’s on the cards.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful week!
Patty
